In a circular economy, plastics are made, used and remade, keeping valuable materials in use and out of landfills. But today’s recycling systems weren’t built to capture some newer types of lightweight packaging, like plastic films and pouches.
Advanced recycling can help change that. By scaling and integrating these technologies, we can modernize recycling infrastructure, recover more materials, and create a lifecycle for more used plastics.
