Cody Oliver’s career in technology and sustainability began over two decades ago, where he progressively advanced through roles in operations, supply chain management, and reverse logistics. His twenty-plus-year tenure at Verizon provided a solid foundation in operational excellence and strategic leadership. While at Verizon, Cody led several innovative projects focused on waste reduction and circularity, including repurposing retired plastic into new products.
At evTerra, Cody spearheads Extended Producer Responsibility Programs (EPR), Large Company Program Management, and leads initiatives on solar panels and plastic recycling. He also represents evTerra on certification committees for several industries, including SERI, ReMA, RIOS, eStewards, SEIA, and CEBA.

Mia has a degree in political science from Washington University in St. Louis. She grew up in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado and is a lifelong Denver Broncos fan. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two sons.
